PIAZ Software ApS respects your right to request deletion of your personal data. Users of AfterVeil may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
You may submit a deletion request directly within the app or by contacting us by email, as described below.
Important Information About Data Deletion
⚠️ Important:
- Data deletion is permanent and irreversible.
- Once your deletion request is completed, your account and personal data cannot be restored.
- Deleting your data will result in the permanent loss of game progress, case data, and saved content.
Request Data Deletion Within the App (Primary Method)
AfterVeil provides an in-app data deletion mechanism, in accordance with Apple App Store requirements.
To request deletion within the app:

Open AfterVeil on your device
Launch the game on your device

Access Game Settings
From the Story Selection screen (main screen with available cases), tap the "Game Settings" button at the bottom of the screen

Navigate to Data & Privacy
In Game Settings, scroll down to the "Data & Privacy" section

Initiate Deletion
Tap "Delete All Data" (red button with trash icon)

Review the Confirmation
Review the confirmation dialog, which explains that this will permanently delete your User ID, Installation ID, all game progress, purchased cases, settings, downloaded content, and data from both your device and our servers.

Confirm Deletion
Tap "Delete Everything" to confirm, or "Cancel" to abort

Wait for Completion
Wait for the deletion process to complete. You will see a confirmation message showing what was deleted. The app will automatically close after successful deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted
When your data deletion request is completed, we will delete the following data from our systems:
- Your User ID and Installation ID
- All game progress and saves
- Purchased cases and items
- Settings and preferences
- All downloaded content
- Data from both your device and our servers
- Account profile and authentication data
- In-game chat messages, notes, and user-generated content
- Feedback, reports, and support communications
- Any other personal data associated with your AfterVeil account
Data We Cannot Delete
Certain information may be retained by third parties in accordance with their own legal obligations:
- Records of in-app purchases are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play
- We do not control or delete data stored by app store providers
- Refunds, billing history, and transaction records are subject to the app store's policies

If you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion by contacting us directly:
